Prior to joining the faculty at the American College of Education, Sharon worked as a Title I Technology Coordinator at a south suburban school district near Chicago. Sharon graduated from Southern Illinois University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education. Her career began as a Chicago Public school teacher instructing grade levels 4-8. Sharon holds a Master of Education in Educational Leadership in conjunction with a type 75 Administrative Certificate. She is currently pursuing doctoral studies in Instructional Leadership with a focus on Higher Education. Coming from a long line of educators, she knew she was destined for the field of education and enjoys sharing ideas and experiences with fellow practitioners. |
